Quality & Design

• The core of brand identity of Jinpoong Food is pride about its quality and design. Though quality of Jinpoong Food has been good at market, they could not get better brand image. Now introducing good brand image of 'Sonka' into Jinpoong Food, we are able to upgrade both company's image at local market because "Sonka" has accumulated more than 10 million brand recognizer in Korea last 14 years.
  
  'Sonka' is well known brand for taste and honesty and for design in food industry. Jinpoong Food is now introducing new QC and R&D system in laver industry and developing new products through scientific and nutritional research.
  

Fresh laver purchasing and storing

• Fresh laver is produced at contracted factories at southern and western seashore as ODM under ther direct control of JINPOONG FOOD CO., LTD from watery laver purchase at harbor to production of dried laver.
  Dried fresh laver are transported to our own factory and once toasted in toasting chamber to be stored in the freezing storage to keep taste and quality fresh.
  

Package

• To keep freshness and high quality of laver products, packing method is various according to purpose using aluminum can and plastic container or zipper bag so that clients can choose as they like. Especially all products are packed in 30 seconds to prevent long exposure to air.
  We will further try to develop more perfect packing technology with persistent R&D and new design.
  

Taste

• Oil does vital role in laver taste. Developing tasty oil is most important not only to keep its taste fresh but to minimize acidification after packing. Besides to keep all manufacturing process in satisfying condition such as temperature, humidity control and first-in first-out system, Jinpoong Food is collaborating with Korea University that is top class one in Korea to develop best oil with optimum mixing ratio of ingredients and health oriented laver with less salt ratio.
  

Development of new product

• Roasted laver for sushi & roll or wild laver are packed in 15 sheets, 50 sheets, 100 sheets pack according to demand.
  We will diversify packing unit more variously by new order.
• JINPOONG FOOD is producing and developing raw material for new products and other products in addition to seasoned and sushi and roll laver.
• JINPOONG FOOD is developing new products such as salted material or product with specific function as we have passion and ideas regarding laver production from order production of materials to production of various pattern.
